Warranty Policy

At GlowMark, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fabric labels. We offer a limited warranty for all our products to ensure your satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: Our fabric labels are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Scope: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Fading or discoloration of the print under normal use.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or negligence.
  • Wear and tear from normal use, such as fraying or minor fading over time.
  • Labels that have been altered or modified after purchase.

Claims Process

If you believe your GlowMark product has a defect covered under our warranty, please follow the steps below to file a claim:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@glowmark.ca with the subject line “Warranty Claim – [Order Number]”. Include a description of the issue, photos of the defect, and your original order confirmation.
  2. Review: Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and determine if the defect is covered under warranty.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or repair of the defective labels at no additional cost to you. In some cases, a full or partial refund may be provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective product to GlowMark for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement or repaired product back to you.
